Asbestos Building Surveys Ltd is a specialist consultancy covering all aspects of work with asbestos. The company is privately owned with 23 years experience working with, and for, a wide range of private and public sector companies, contractors and analytical companies. Working from our base in East Kilbride, Scotland, we have worked throughout the UK, Ireland, mainland Europe and the Middle East. Our fully trained surveyors have extensive experience within the industry - some from an analytical background and some from working for asbestos removal contractors. This enables us to view problems from many aspects and ensure that we deliver a quality service for our clients. We understand the complexities and politics involved in managing asbestos in buildings, allaying people’s fears, and are always working to ensure that work is carried out in a safe and professional manner. Legislation within the industry is regularly changing, with many new methods and techniques being developed to minimise the risk of exposure to asbestos fibres to removal contractors, building contractors, building occupants and surveyors.
